Mid-Month Breathe
Pause. Breathe. Reconnect to Purpose with Intention.
Mid-Month Breathe is a monthly community offering of Conscious Connected Breathwork that creates an intentional and supportive space to pause midway through the month.
The space is designed to support a sense of safety through facilitation, personal choice, respect for individual boundaries, and the freedom to participate at your own pace without expectation of a particular outcome.
Through facilitated breathwork, participants are invited to notice what is present, reflect on what emerges, and reconnect to the purpose and intention they want to carry forward.
Giving yourself permission to be.
